Excuse the Weeds (Britetec Limited) agree to provide you, the customer, with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with our Terms And Conditions found at www.excusetheweeds.co.uk/terms_conditions.htm.
By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this website.


Unacceptable uploaded material
We reserve the right to remove any entry containing photographic or written material that we deem unsuitable for this site (see items 1 to 5 below for guideline). In the case of this occurring we reserve the right not to refund subscription payments.

(1). Any material pictorial or written that we deem as offensive or inflammatory.

(2). Any items that might be considered as valuable. For example this may include items such as statues, rare plants and pets. We cannot be held responsible if items are removed from your premises as a result of them being published on line by ‘Excuse the Weeds’.

(3). Any plant material which is termed as illegal by British Law.

(4). Images of people or children.

(5). Images of buildings showing potential entry points. Again we cannot be held responsible if items are removed from your premises as a result of being published on line by ‘Excuse the Weeds’.


Subscription Applications
We reserve the right not to accept a subscription.
Prices and other information about any services listed on this site may change without notice.
The price displayed on our website when ordering any service from us will apply.


Payment Methods Accepted
All our e-commerce transactions are carried out via WorldPay or PayPal.

The following currencies are accepted for e-commerce transactions: Pound Sterling.

It is regrettable that at present we are unable to conduct business with the following countries:
Bulgaria, Cameroon, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam and Yugoslavia.

We will endeavour to implement your subscription within a maximum of 48 hours.


Other acceptable payment methods
We accept cheques provided they are drawn from banks based in the United Kingdom. Should cheque payments be returned unpaid by the payee’s bank we will charge a £8 administration fee to cover our expenses. Immediate settlement of outstanding debts via a valid method of payment will also be required.
