A newly restored Victorian garden dating from 1832, formerly part of the Old Park estate, then the Tropical Bird Park. A site of contrasts, contemporary borders with sub tropical planting which then contrast with the formal walled potager. Major features are 1/3rd acre lake with a gravity fed fountain, smaller ponds and gravel walks around the wooded perimeter.

Featured on Channel 5 ‘I own Britain’s Best Home and Garden’ and magazines ‘Amateur Garden’ and ‘Country Living’. The gardens are open under the National Garden Scheme.
